When Br. Eddie discovered the harmony that goes into making baked goods and bread, it piqued his curiosity. "Pastries are made to bring people joy," he says. "So, they are for everyone." He uses desserts to forge connections with people in the community. His ministry is another example of ways men can bring their talents and interests into their ministry with the friars.
